This blend is seasonal, capturing the very best of the current world coffee harvests & focusing on specialty coffees that have proven themselves to shine, even after the somewhat invasive process of decaffeination.
We realise that some people drink coffee for the buzz, so it stands to reason that decaf drinkers are here just for the taste, right? So it deserves special attention! Freshness is king with decaf, be it the green coffee itself, the time elapsed since decaffeinating it & the freshness of the roast. For optimal taste, we work closely with the folks at swiss water process to meet our roast deadline. Now there’s some special attention!
